Well Usually i am the raid tank healer and i cast the greater heal's on him if he's on below 60% and i listen to what is told to me all the time Alway's ACTIVE in my Dispell and Heals.
How does your PvE rotations look like? How do you blow your cooldowns?
Against mobs i use the power ward:shield>renew and Greater Heal or Flash Heals depends for how much the mob hits. on Boss I alway's keep renew up and greater.
